About RETHALIS
A Different State. A Different Everyday.
RETHALIS was created around a simple idea: meaningful change begins with how we relate to ourselves, our possibilities, and the life we want to create.
Many of us already know what we want to change. The difficult part is learning how to return to a more intentional inner state when everyday life brings doubt, uncertainty, old reactions, or familiar patterns.
RETHALIS was designed to make that inner work more structured, practical, and personal.
The Ideas That Inspire Us
Our approach draws inspiration from established spiritual, philosophical, and personal-development traditions.
Neville Goddard
— his teachings on imagination, assumption, and the experience of living from the state we wish to embody.
Vadim Zeland
— ideas from Reality Transurfing concerning intention, our relationship with desired outcomes, and the importance of reducing unnecessary inner tension.
Vishen Lakhiani
— perspectives on personal growth, beliefs, identity, and consciously examining the way we approach life.
Rumi
— timeless reflections on inner awareness, personal transformation, and the relationship between our inner world and lived experience.
We also value practical approaches to self-observation, habit formation, reflection, and intentional action.
From Inspiration to Daily Practice
RETHALIS does not ask you to master a collection of disconnected techniques. Instead, it offers a structured 28-day journey built around four progressive phases:
- SEESEE — Recognize your current patterns and become more aware of the state you are living from.
- CHOOSECHOOSE — Clarify the state you want to practice and develop a more intentional direction.
- SHIFTSHIFT — Learn to work with familiar reactions and return to your chosen state.
- LIVELIVE — Bring what you have practiced into ordinary situations and everyday decisions.
Throughout the journey, you develop personal tools for reflection, mental practice, and applying what you learn in real life.
The goal is not to perform every exercise perfectly. It is to build a repeatable practice that becomes increasingly personal and useful to you.
Our Philosophy
We believe that awareness creates room for choice, that repetition helps build new habits, and that inner work becomes more meaningful when connected with everyday action.
People approach spiritual and personal-development practices in different ways. You do not need to accept every philosophy or manifestation claim to explore the practices in RETHALIS. We encourage curiosity, honest self-reflection, and a grounded approach to your own experience.
RETHALIS does not promise guaranteed outcomes. It offers a structured space to practice a different relationship with your thoughts, feelings, choices, and daily life.
An Independent Project
RETHALIS is an independent project inspired by a range of existing ideas and traditions. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Neville Goddard, Vadim Zeland, Vishen Lakhiani, Rumi, or their respective estates, organizations, or representatives.
The RETHALIS framework and 28-day program bring selected influences together in our own structured experience. References to these authors acknowledge inspiration; they do not imply that they created or approved this program.
